Ballerup Municipality and PensionDanmark have founded the Development Company Kildedal P/S, which in the coming years will be responsible for developing Kildedal into an exciting new business area and a new, multi-faceted city. Today, Kildedal is an expansive area of fields surrounded by large green areas, well-oiled infrastructure and life science companies such as Novo Nordisk and Oticon. In the future, in the middle of this, a new city will emerge with a focus on innovation, sustainability, health and communities.
The development is headed by Chairman Bo Rasmussen, former municipal director of Gladsaxe Municipality, and project director Tim E. Halvorsen, former director of urban development projects such as Kanalbyen in Fredericia and the Nature District of Ringkøbing.
