The overall plan and value programme for Kildedal outlines the development of a new, vibrant and easily accessible city with community, business, urban life and with a sustainable approach to life and nature. Both were approved at the Municipal Council meeting on Monday, 27 September. The approval means that the physical framework and ambitions for the area have now finally fallen into place.
The development of housing and business in Kildedal is expected to start in 2023. All future municipal local plans will be assessed and sent to public consultations before final adoption. Only then can building permits be issued.
